Eco Goshen grows Hass avocados, which is a popular variety worldwide. Hass avocados grown in Mbeya are known for their creamy texture and rich, nutty flavour, and we often export them to Europe and Asia. Hand harvesting is the preferred method for collecting our avocados. This approach enables us to meticulously select only the finest avocados, ensuring that the highest quality produce reaches the market.

We also have tilapia fish ponds close to the farms. Tilapia is a small fish with a 30 centimeter long body - it has a mild and slightly sweet flavour that is often described as being similar to other white fish like cod or haddock. This makes it a versatile ingredient that can be paired with a variety of different flavours and seasonings. Our business is all about freshness and taste and that's why our fish comes straight from the ponds and delivered to our customers, even if it means flying.

Vanilla sticks, also known as vanilla pods, are a highly prized spice that originates from the orchids of the genus Vanilla. The process of harvesting and preparing African vanilla sticks is highly labour-intensive, with each pod being picked by hand at the precise moment when it is fully ripe. Once harvested, the pods are then dried and cured to intensify their flavour and aroma.
